Bible Center School Announces Expansion to High School, Welcoming First Freshman Class in Fall 2026

Charleston, WV – Bible Center School is thrilled to announce a significant milestone in its history—expanding to include high school grades. Beginning in the fall of 2026, Bible Center School will welcome its first class of 9th-grade students, with plans to add a grade level each year until fully expanding through 12th grade. For the first two years, we anticipate students being located at our current school campus on Oakhurst Drive.

To support subsequent growth, Bible Center Church plans to expand its Southridge Campus to include facilities for the future High School, Middle School, Gymnasium, and Student Ministries, with the goal of welcoming students into the new space by the fall of 2028.

“Education is a vital investment in the next generation—both as a ministry and as a state,” said John King, Lead Pastor of Bible Center Church. “We are honored to play a role in shaping the future of education in West Virginia by providing a high-level academic environment, grounded in a biblical worldview, that teaches students they are loved and designed with a purpose.”

As West Virginia looks toward the future of education, Bible Center School remains committed to equipping students with the knowledge, values, and opportunities they need to flourish. The school invites the community to join in this exciting journey as they continue to expand and invest in the next generation.
