We’re excited for our annual Veterans Day Celebration! A breakfast will be served for veterans and their guests on Friday, November 10, at 8:30 AM. Students will also honor veterans through music, conversations, and displays.
Donations to Support Local Veterans
Donations will be received October 6-November 10. Parents, friends, and community members can drop off items in the BCS Lobby to support our local Veterans through the Roark-Sullivan Lifeway Center as they serve and care for homeless and misplaced veterans in the Charleston area.
Items Needed:
- blankets
- gloves
- hats
- long johns and thermal garments
- jackets and coats
- socks and underwear
- first-aid
- personal hygiene items such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, razors, shaving cream
